University Guidelines

In alignment with the regulations set forth by the affiliating university and relevant statutory bodies, our institution upholds a structured governance and operational framework that ensures transparency, safety, equity, and community engagement.

Below are the key areas governed by institutional guidelines and oversight committees:


1. Governing Body

The Governing Body of the institution functions in accordance with the University and UGC norms. It includes academic experts, industrial representatives, and administrative heads who jointly oversee policy decisions, strategic planning, and institutional development.

2. Anti-Ragging Measures

The institution strictly follows the anti-ragging regulations laid down by UGC and the University. A dedicated Anti-Ragging Committee and Helpline are in place to ensure a ragging-free campus. All students and parents must submit undertakings during admission as per UGC norms.

3. Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell (ICC)

As per UGC and University mandates, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) addresses cases of sexual harassment with confidentiality, sensitivity, and due process. Awareness programs are conducted regularly to ensure a safe environment for all.

4. Implementation of GOI Schemes

The institution actively implements Government of India schemes related to higher education, student welfare, gender equity, digital literacy, and inclusive growth. Notifications and schemes are promoted among stakeholders to maximize reach and benefit.

5. Student Grievance Redressal

A formal Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted as per university guidelines to receive, process, and resolve student complaints and issues in a time-bound manner. A complaint box and online grievance submission system are available.

6. Faculty Selection

Faculty recruitment is conducted in strict adherence to University and UGC norms, ensuring merit-based selection through open advertisement, eligibility checks, and interviews conducted by a duly constituted selection panel.

7. Sports Committee

The Sports Committee, formed under university-affiliated guidelines, encourages student participation in intra- and inter-collegiate sports activities. The committee ensures infrastructure development, equipment procurement, and training sessions.

8. Village Adoption Cell

In line with the University’s outreach mandate, the Village Adoption Cell works with selected nearby villages to promote community development, literacy, sanitation, and skill training. Faculty and student volunteers actively participate in these initiatives.

9. Rainwater Harvesting

As part of environmental sustainability and University-led green campus initiatives, the institution has implemented a rainwater harvesting system to conserve water and raise awareness on efficient water usage.

10. Energy Conservation

The college follows energy-efficient practices and promotes awareness campaigns among students and staff. Solar power installations, energy audits, and LED usage are part of our commitment to energy conservation.

11. NCC / NSS Units

National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) units function as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports and the affiliating University. These units instill discipline, patriotism, and community service spirit among students.
